Yes. From Monday to Saturday we deliver the same day for orders received by 12:30 (Turin time), in Turin and the surrounding area.
It depends on the distance from our shop: €4.99 within 3 km, €7.99 from 3 to 5 km, €9.99 from 5 to 10 km, €13.99 from 10 to 25 km. Collection from the shop is free.
Yes, on Sundays we deliver on request: call Raluca at the shop on +39 340 470 9209. A Sunday surcharge of €9.90 is added to the normal delivery rate; if the order is over €60 and delivery is free, only the surcharge remains.
We cover Turin and the surrounding towns, up to 25 km from the shop. Distances are measured from our shop, not from the city centre.
We always contact you, the person who ordered — never the recipient, so the surprise is not spoiled. The second attempt is included; otherwise we agree a time or leave the bouquet with a neighbour you name.
