Graduation
Market prices, ours, and what lies behind them.

You buy a graduation wreath only once, and almost always at the last minute: that is why the first question is how much it costs. Here you will find the prices you see in Turin today, what affects them and why two wreaths sold at the same price can be very different. At the end are the prices of our graduation wreaths in Turin.
| Type of wreath | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Laurel-only wreath, with ribbon | €35 - €45 |
| Wreath with berries, gypsophila or small roses | €45 - €80 |
| Matching wreath and bouquet | €80 - €85 |
The ranges come from prices published by florists in Turin and the surrounding area in October 2026. During graduation sessions demand rises sharply: the price usually stays the same, but it is best to order a few days in advance.
A laurel wreath can be made in two ways. The quickest is to wrap whole sprigs around a ring: the wreath is ready in no time, but stems and woody twigs remain, along with a few leaves turned the wrong way and some gaps. The slower method is the one Raluca uses in our shop: choosing about 300 leaves one by one, discarding any that are marked or damaged, and fixing them in small clusters one leaf at a time, all facing the same way. Each wreath takes at least two hours.
You can see the result up close and in the graduation photos: the wreath is full and even, the base and stems are hidden, only the glossy side of the leaves shows, and it is light enough to wear all day. That is why, at the same price, it is always worth asking how the wreath you are buying is made. The whole process, and what to look for to recognise a well-made wreath, is in the guide to how a handmade laurel wreath is made.
Made this way, a wreath does not cost more: ours are within the market ranges, and the classic laurel-only wreath is below average.

A satin ribbon in the faculty colour is included with all of them; ribbon text costs €7 extra. You can collect your wreath free of charge from the shop on Via Pergolesi or have it delivered in Turin and the surrounding area, free over €60. Which ribbon to choose for your faculty is explained in the guide to graduation wreath ribbon colours.
There is no fixed rule: the wreath is almost always a gift from the family or a group of friends, and it is best to agree beforehand so you do not end up with two. All the customs are in the guide on who places and who gives the laurel wreath. Given the work involved, it is best to order a few days before the graduation ceremony: this autumn's session dates are in the guide to graduation sessions in Turin.
