How much does a bouquet cost in Turin? 2026 prices compared

It is the question that comes before all the others, at the counter and on WhatsApp: how much does a bouquet cost? The honest answer is that it depends on three things, the size, the flowers and the season, and also on where you buy it. Below you will first find the prices you see in Turin, from florists and online services, and then the prices of our bouquets, so you can see where we sit.

How much does a bouquet cost in Turin: florists and online services compared

A bouquet of fresh flowers arranged by hand usually costs between €35 and €70. Below €30 you mostly find small or ready-made posies; above €70 you move into fuller bouquets, rare flowers or arrangements for events.

We compared the price lists published by some Turin florists with online shops and by the main national online services that deliver in the city, for the four most requested types of bouquet:

Watch the final price. Many online services show the starting price and only add delivery at checkout, usually between €7 and €14; some already include it. Local florists often do not publish their delivery charge either. To really compare two bouquets, it is worth looking at the total including delivery.

What changes the price of a bouquet

The size. This is the biggest variable: more stems, more greenery, more work. Between the smallest and the largest size of the same bouquet the difference is €45-55.

The type of flowers. Sunflowers, gerberas, chrysanthemums and gypsophila cost less. Quality roses, lisianthus, protea and artificially coloured flowers, such as the blue rose, cost more. That is why a bouquet of white roses alone starts lower than one with red roses and a blue rose.

The season. A flower in its season costs less and lasts longer. Around the big holidays prices go up for every florist: red roses on Valentine's Day, mimosa on 8 March. We explain this in why roses cost more on Valentine's Day.

The arranging work. A bouquet arranged by hand on the spot, with varied greenery and a considered shape, costs more than a ready-made one. It is also the reason it lasts longer: the flowers are cut and prepared the same day.

Delivery. It varies a lot from one shop to another: some include it, some add it at checkout and some do not publish it. It is often the item that makes the difference to the total.

Do tulips or roses cost more?

It depends on the time of year. From January to April, when they are in season, tulips usually cost less than roses. Out of season they become scarce and the balance is reversed. Roses, on the other hand, are available all year at a steadier price, with a peak in February.

Which flowers are the cheapest

The flowers that cost least are those grown all year round in large quantities, which travel well from the greenhouse to the shop. With these, a bouquet costs little without looking sparse:

• Carnations. Among the cheapest and among the longest-lasting: in a vase they can last up to two weeks.
• Chrysanthemums. They cost little and last a long time. In Italy they are associated with remembering the dead: in a gift bouquet florists use the daisy or spider varieties, together with other flowers.
• Gerberas. Full colours at a low price, ideal for cheerful bouquets.
• Sunflowers. In summer and early autumn, when they are in season, they cost little and a few stems are enough to fill a bouquet.
• Gypsophila and greenery. They add volume for little money.

The most expensive, on the other hand, are long-stemmed quality roses, cut orchids, protea, lisianthus and artificially coloured flowers. If the budget is tight, a small bouquet of seasonal flowers is better than a large one of out-of-season flowers: it arrives fresher and lasts longer.

When the number of flowers is the message, the price is calculated per stem. How much does flower delivery cost in Turin

At Emozioni, delivery in the city costs from €4.99 to €13.99 depending on the distance from the shop, and it is free for orders over €60. How to tell if a bouquet is worth the price

• Arranged the same day. A bouquet made on the spot lasts a week or more; one that has been sitting ready for days does not.
• Photos of the real bouquet. Always ask what the bouquet that arrives looks like, not just the catalogue photo.
• Firm flowers and straight stems. Petals without dark edges, green and glossy leaves.
• A clear price before you order. Size, delivery and card spelled out, with no surprises at checkout.
